PLC’s 2018 Executive Director Survey needs your input!

As the Executive Director/CEO of a nonprofit organization, you are continuously working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities of work and life. At times, it can be difficult to take note of what is changing in the nonprofit sector – specifically as it relates to your role as a leader.

Peel Leadership Centre (PLC) has developed the 2018 Executive Director Survey to capture the changing trends and patterns in the nonprofit sector and is further building up on its past research conducted in 2013 and 2015. The findings from this survey will inform PLC’s capacity building work in the future so that we can better support you and your work as the leader in the sector. Your confidential and anonymous responses will be a part of our analysis and the findings will be shared in a final report to be released on September 26th, 2018 at our annual ‘TIME OUT’ Event.
